New surveillance footage shows the terrifying moment a group of unidentified men entered a Florida gym before allegedly beating rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine on Tuesday night.
The video obtained by TMZ shows a man talking on his phone inside the LA Fitness Facility in Palm Beach before opening the door for a second man.
One of the attackers appeared to be bald with a large beard and dressed in all black. The second was wearing a black T-shirt and shorts with a chain around his neck.
The pair chatted briefly with the front desk attendant before making their way to the restrooms, where they reportedly grabbed Tekashi 6ix9ine — who is notorious for spending decades behind bars in 2019 via of snitching on his former friends in the Bloods gang during a trial in Manhattan.
Another clip from inside the facility shows the pair accompanied by a third suspected attacker, also dressed in black.
Video footage of the attack itself shared on Tuesday night shows the men towering over the rapper, 26, as he tries to protect himself from the blows.
One of the men can be heard yelling at the musician to “shut the f–k up” while the other punches him in the stomach.
The bloodied “Gooba” rapper – whose real name is Daniel Hernandez – managed to get out of the bathroom before being taken by ambulance to hospital.
According to TMZ, the Bushwick native suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs and back. A photo obtained by the outlet shows his face bruised and bloodied.
Palm Beach detectives are reportedly investigating the incident.
Tekashi 6ix9ine’s attorney Lance Lazzaro told NBC Miami that the assailants, who have not yet been caught, fled when employees heard the commotion.
The strange attack happened just days after the rapper kicked out of a Miami baseball stadium for causing a drunken brawl.
In 2019, Tekashi 6ix9ine is sentenced to two years in prison for racketeering and other charges stemming from his role in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang.
He narrowly avoided a longer sentence after cutting a dangerous deal by becoming a prosecution witness in the case. There was a chance he could get into witness protection after doing his time, but he decided to turn down the protection in hopes that he could restart his rap career.
Four years earlier, in 2015, the musician was sentenced to four years probation and 1,000 hours of community service for child pornography charges after he shared a video of a 13-year-old performing a sex act.
