Jenna Bush Hager revealed that her seventh-grade boyfriend broke up with her after he caught a glimpse of her in a swimsuit.

“It’s very interesting because people really hit you where it hurts,” the mother of three said in a three-minute confession on Wednesday’s broadcast of the “Today” show.

“I had a boyfriend in seventh grade who broke up with me after we went swimming together,” she continued, “after he saw me in a bathing suit.”

The former first daughter, 41, wants to illustrate the severity of body shaming and the lasting impact it can have on a person’s psyche.

“I feel like even now when I’m feeling good — I’ve had three kids, three C-sections, I really feel my body and I think of it as a good thing — I’ll walk into a pool and have a moment,” says he.

Bush Hager — who shares daughters Mila, 9, and Poppy, 7, and son Hal, 3, with husband Henry Hager — added that the pain from that moment inspired it is up to him to raise his children to be “loving” people.

“All we want is a loving child. We don’t need the star kid, this, that. We want children who are kind,” she said of her approach to parenting.

“The way you do it is to model it.”

The 29-year-old pop star, who rarely posts personal messages on social media, slammed Internet trolls who claimed she was “too thin” and unhealthy to a Viral TikTok video today on Tuesday.

Ariana Grande has responded to recent online commentary about her body.

“The body you’re comparing to my current body is the unhealthy version of my body,” Grande explained partially.

“I was taking a lot of antidepressants and taking them and eating poorly.”

The “God Is a Woman” singer explained, “[I was] at the lowest point of my life when I looked the way you thought I was healthy, but in fact that was not my healthy self.”
