While The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom encourages players to be as creative as they want with Link’s all-new abilities to solve puzzles and reach exciting new locations, many have discovered player that making a very long bridge is just as effective.
Link is able to create these really long bridges with the help of his Ultrahand ability, which allows players to connect various objects together, including logs, wooden planks, and more yet. Tears of the Kingdom allows many of these items to be combined, and this has helped players solve puzzles, reach new locations by accident, and cross areas with broken bridges or lots of water. which seems impassable.
Speaking of water, @mechafriend on Twitter would like to let players know that they don’t need a boat to cross a river because bridges are clearly superior!
a boat? what is that..? I just built my log bridge. I think it’s neat #TearsOfTheKingdom pic.twitter.com/sDvc6RhZUk

Bridges can also help bypass the security of an area like the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, and @TheAndyCortez shows that you can also use Ascend to get to a bridge you can’t just cross.

All is not perfect in the world of bridge building, however, as players must be careful not to go home @KenjxXz and lose a beautiful bridge that you must watch fall hundreds of feet to the ground.

@DansGaming also shows the dangers of a misplaced bridge, warning others to be careful where they place their new creation!
